Kansas City’s Ethnic Heritage Festival is a “Peaceable Kingdom” of the many ethnic groups who make their home in our lovely Midwestern city. Arts, dance, foods and clothing from across our wide world all are presented for enjoyment and education by people who proudly share their rich cultural heritages with each other. The music, colors, tastes and performances lift all of our spirits and give us a glimpse of a world in harmony where people of so many faiths and traditions share themselves joyfully with each other. (Now, if it just weren’t so darn hot in Kansas City in August.)
